Donations welcome

PLease help purchase $4000 in printed materials and supplies. Please make your sponsorship check payable to Polk Family Connection; we are a 501(c)3 nonprofit and all donations are tax deductible. Donations of $500 or more will be recognized by the sponsoring organization’s logo on all materials, all below $500 will be listed in the student booklets.
