It all starts with a party...

 

A Teen Maze is a life-size game board that teens navigate as they encounter real life choices that often interfere with completing their high school graduation and deal with the consequences of those choices.  The goal of the Teen Maze is to get to graduation, and the focus is on education. Along the path in the Teen Maze, students are presented information by professionals on the subjects of alcohol, drugs, sexual activity, pregnancy, child care, career selection and a job search, just to name a few.

 

This is a community sponsored event, and although Polk Family Connection is taking the lead, it is only possible through the commitment and partnerships of local businesses, agencies, organizations, churches and civic groups.
